Do you offer special ordering and customizations?

Yes! If you are ordering for an event and will need 20 or more items (excluding cards), please give us at least a 2 weeks notice and fill out our special ordering form and email it to chiarigearorders@gmail.com. Once the order is received and reviewed, we will email an invoice with the payment amount and an estimated shipping date for your order. Payment will be due before the order is processed. Please note that Chiarigear reserves the right to decline orders based on the size of the order and the date the order is needed by.

Do you offer sizes larger than extra large?

Yes! We offer larger sizes for most of our products. If you do not see the size you need listed, please email us at chiarigearorders@gmail.com with what size, color, design you are wanting, and the type of apparel and we will let you know if we are able to if the size is available.

If we are not able to fulfill your request, we will be more than happy to work with you in order to make you an item you will love! Once we find an item to your liking then we will email you and invoice with the payment amount. Payment is due before the order can be processed. Please note that some sizes to need to be special ordered, so delivery may be delayed because of this. We will include an estimated shipping date within the invoiced email.

*Helpful tip: Chiari Gear does not charge for extra for larger sizes! 

I don’t see any information about a specific disease, condition, or disorder.. Is there a way to include this information?

Yes! If you do not see a specific disease, condition, or disorder listed, please email us at chiarigearorders@gmail.com with what you would like us to include. We at Chiari Gear believe that all diseases, conditions, and disorders deserve to have awareness spread throughout the world! We will research your request and do our best to incorporate it on our website and design awareness gear for it!

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! If you would like a gift card, please email us at chiarigearorders@gmail.com with the amount you would like to request. We will then review your request and once approved, we will send you an invoice with the payment amount. Payment is due before the order is processed.

In order to use the gift card, the gift card holder will need to fill out our custom order form and to also include the gift card number.

How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel your order after it is submitted, please email us within 48 hours. We are unable to cancel orders one the order has shipped out.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns on unused, unwashed items within 7 days of receipt in exchange for an item of equal value of your choosing. Once we receive your return, your replacement item will be shipped within 5 business days. In order to provide the best customer care possible, Chiari Gear does not charge for return shipping. Once we receive your return request, we will send you the return shipping label. To start the return process, email us at *email* with the following information:
Name, address (for the shipping label), Order number, reason for requesting exchange, item wanting to exchange return for.

If you do not receive your order, you must contact us within 7 days of your estimated delivery date. We will research your order and determine the best route to assist the situation.

For damaged items, please email us at chiarigearorders@gmail.com and include a description and picture of the damaged item. We will be happy to replace the item!

**We do not offer refunds or exchanges for informational cards or clearance items.

How long does shipping take?

We ship products Tuesday through Saturday. We print to your order, we do not stock ready made shirts. Therefore, most ship within 3-4 business days, after placing your order (except introductory designs). Sizes smaller than Children's X-Small and Larger than Adult 2XL require an additional 7-14 days special order processing. All V-Neck shirts require an additional 7 - 14 days special order processing.

I want my story to be shared with other people. Are you able to help me with that?

Yes! If you would like your story to be shared, submit it to chiarigearorders@gmail.com and we will review it and post it on our blog. 

When reviewing, we will be looking for the following: No vulgar/crude language, details cannot be too graphic (remember that since we are trying to bring awareness, any age can access our page), posts also cannot be bashing other individuals or groups.  This is also suppose to be for support, this is not a forum to post/ask for donations. Any story that involves asking for assistance in the form of donations or money will not be approved.

We reserve the right to not post a story. If it is determined that it will not be posted, we will reply with an explanation as to why.
